The following list contains all the potential cost items related to Surelegal system. It should be noticed that all cost items rather than the Server License and the client License are optional and SureLegal system provides all needed functionality to perform them on your own without help.

Server License This is only one component which is installed on the server US$ 900.00
Client License This is a per user License US$ 1000.00 The License is portable, and defines basically the maximum number of concurrent users of the system.special prices for over 10 licenses
Installation Service This is one time service US$ 800.00 The Installation cost is based on the assumption that the office has a legal copy of SQL server 2012 or later, and outlook is installed on each client PC.
Training Service This is a one time cost US$ 1100.00 A 2 days training session in the office, and is performed aftter Installation. The system provides enough level of detailed help, however, you may want to have experienced training on the best use of the system

Upgrade and support service This is annual substcription per the office US$ 650.00 The service is free for the first year of installation, and is renewed after that annually by the office request. You will get all upgrades free for the year. The service releases and hot fixes releases will be provided for free, and installation will be free if you are in support period

Support session outside support agreement This support will take place when needed if you are not subscribing in support service. Support includes phone/Email/Remote/Personal visits. Please review the support page for details $US90/hr fees. Will be quoted when needed, it will be based on $US100 fees per hour after defining the problem. upgrading to new versions is considered a support service. The service is free for the first year of installation, and is renewed after that annually by the office request.
